Ingredients
Seasonings
1. Soy Sauce 40gm
2. Veg. Oil
70gm
3. Catch up 40gm
4. TVP mince
100gm
5. Water 1 cup
6. Tomato 4 pcs

Method:
1. Prepare the vege. Stock using one cup of water
and 4 tomatoes.
Cook for 20 min., and remove the
skin of tomato and set aside .
2. Soak TVP mince until soft,
wash and drain thoroughly, and set aside
3. Prepare one wok, add in oil and bring to sizzle,
blend in TVP mince,
and give it a good stir for 3 to
4 minutes.
Tips of the
day: This process will evaporate the excess water in the mince, and
will give the TVP mince
an extra chewy texture
4. Add in soy sauce, catch up
and stir for a while
5. Pour in tomato vege. Stock,
and simmer for another 15 minutes
6. Optional: add in 20 gm of
butter to give it a buttery taste
Serve with
rice, noodle or spaghetti or as a base of lasagna
