Ingredients
2 tofu
100g Mixed vegetables-beans,
carrots and corns
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soybean sauce

Method:
1. Sliced tofu into 8 or 10
pieces
2. Fry the tofu until two sides are golden. Remove
and set up on the plate.
3. Put the oil in the fry pan, add soy sauce to
fry, add mixed vegetables
and water to boil, add seasons.
Add cornstarch; gently stir until the
liquid is thick and smooth.

4. Remove fried tofu into the sauce cooking for
another 2 minutes and
ready to serve.
