bok choy one

1. Flour 3 Table spoon
2. Butter 25 gm
3. Milk 240 cc ( one cup )

Vegetarian grated cheese one
&1/ 2 cups

Method:
1. Boil the bok choy until very tender, (pressure
cooker will be very handy)
2. Drain the water, stir some oil and salt with
the remaining bok choy to give it some flavor, then set aside the bok
choy in a baking utensil
3. Prepare the white sauce as you normally do and
add in the baking utensil

chopped veg. salty chicken
4. Bake the white sauce with bok choy in oven at
200 degree for 20 minutes

5. Take out the baked bok choy, and sprinkle some
chopped veg. salty chicken

6. Garnish with vegetarian cheese, and grill it
until it turns golden brown

Tips of the day: you can replace bok choy with
broccoli or cauliflower |
