Ingredients
1. Soy Sauce 3 table
spoon
2. Ginger 1 pc
3. Herbal complex
pack (Fragrant Spice Complex 1 pack)
4. Salt
5gm
5. Blissful BBQ sauce 1 T sp
6. Vege. Oil 40gm or butter
30gm
7. Gluten Ring 125gm & TVP
chuck 50gm
8. Carrot one , large potato
one, tomato 1 pc
9. Mushroom 15gm
10. Optional:
Blissful vege. Meat ball
11.Optional: celery, or
coriander

Method:
1.Soak TVP chunk until soft,
wash and drain, and set aside
2.Sizzle ginger with oil or butter to bring out the
fragrant, and add in the
soy sauce and salt
3. Add in gluten ring,
mushroom, carrot, potato, TVP chunk, veg. Meat
ball
(optional ) ,and
herbal complex pack
4. Add in 1 Liter of water or
until cover all the ingredients. Bring to boil and
simmer for 40
minutes to 1 hour
5. Before serving, add 1 Table
spoon of BBQ sauce
6. Finish with some chopped
celery or coriander
Tips: although gluten ring can
be hard in texture, but after braising for nearly one hour, that can
be easily softened by itself.
