Ingredients
Blissful Veg. Cod fish 1 pack
Chili 5g
Ginger 10g (6 pieces)
Basil 15g (one bunch)
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp water
1 tbsp corn flour

Method:
1. Cut Veg. Cod fish into
slices.
2. Rinse basil.
3. Shred chili and ginger.
4. Mix corn flour with water.
5. Heat wok first, then add
some oil till it is smoking, stir-fry chili and
ginger until
fragrant.
6. Add cod fish slices into
wok, stir-fry till hot.
7. Add basil, soy sauce, sugar
and corn flour liquid in till it boiled, remove
to plate and
ready to serve.
