Ingredients

pack Blissful Veg. Chicken Cubes*
1
large Eggplant
1
1/2 tsp Mustard seed
3
Red chilli
2
stalk Curry leaves
1/2
tsp Asafoetida powder
2
tbsp curry power or paste
2
tbsp oil
Salt
1/4
tsp Garam masala.
1
tbsp Coriander leaves

Method:
1. Cut eggplant into chunk shape.
2. Heat Oil, add chillies, curry herb, mustard
seed, fry till it turn golden brown.
3. Add asafoetida powder and fry for 1 minute.
4. Add 2 tbsp curry power or paste. Cook for 1
minute or until flavour come up.
5. Add Eggplant and Veg.
Chicken Cubes. Stir fry for another 2 to 5 minutes.
6. Add 2 cups of water, salt and simmer for 5
minutes.
7. Add Garam masala, and put Coriander leaves in
for garnish.
Substitute:
Use Blissful
Veg. Stewed Chicken Meat, Black pepper veg. Steak,
or
Veg. Chicken Nuggets instead.
