Ingredients                      

Blissful Coral (like sea weed) 1 pack

Sauce:

 Veg oyster sauce  3 tbsp

Soy sauce  1 tbsp

Wasabi  a little bit  (or Sesame paste instead )

Blissful Coral available in Blissful Health & Vegetarian Shop

Method:

1. Wash the coral and put it into a container with cold water, leave it for

    2 hours to expand.

2. After 2 hours wash again and change clean water, soak for another

    2 hours. Then wash it again and ready to serve.

    Sauce: Mix veg oyster sauce and soy sauce together, option: wasabi

    sauce if you like.
