Ingredients
18 pcs
Blissful veg. Roast 1 pack 200g
2 sheets of flaky puff pastry
3/4 tbsp veg. oyster sauce (A)
2 tbsp sugar (A)
1/2 tsp sesame oil (A)
1 tbsp soy sauce (A)
1/3 cup water (A)
1 tbsp water chestnut starch¡Ï4
tbsp water(B)

Method:
1. Chop veg. Roast into 3mm dices .
2. Cut 1 sheet of flaky puff
pastry into 9 pieces; totally 18 pieces.
3. Mix (A) together.
4. Heat wok; then pour (A)
mixture into wok. When it boiled, add
veg. roast
dices in, cook for 2 minutes till it with sauce mix well.
5. Then add (B) in till the
sauce thickened, remove from heat and let cool.
6. Place a tbsp of veg roast
mixture in centre of the pastry. Fold to triangle
in shape.
7. Brush tops with egg yolk.(
substitute : use soy sauce or molasses
instead )
8. 180¢J, bake for 15 minutes
or until it turn golden in colour and ready to
serve.
