stalk Curry leaves

tbsp curry powder (Baba Veg. Fish or Meat curry powder)
1
tin chopped tomatoes
3
potatoes
1/2
tin coconut cream
1/2
tin water
Asafoetida powder
Sugar / salt

Method:
1. Chopping potatoes into pieces.
2. Mix curry powder with water into paste.
3. Heat oil, add curry leaves, curry paste and
asafoetida powder. Fry until the mixture turn dark red (approximately
5 minutes).
4. Add 1 tin chopped tomato, cook until dissolved.
5. Add 1/2 tin coconut cream in.
6. Add chopped potatoes in.
7. Add Veg. Beef Chunk
when potatoes are cooked.
8. Seasoning with salt and sugar to taste.
Eat
with rice, bread or roti.

Slice, Veg. Chicken Patties,
or
Veg. Golden Steak instead.
