Vegetarian Sushi Roll

good for 4 big rolls

Ingredients

Rice part                                                

1. Rice (raw) 2 cups or 420gm            

2. Rice vinegar 75 cc                           

3. Sugar 40gm                                    

4. Salt 5gm  

Fillings Part  

1. Mayonnaise             

2. Philadelphia cream cheese 125g                  

3.Soy floss  40g

4. Blissful Japanese roasted veg. Eel or veg. Cod fish

5. Asparagus or bean and carrot

Method:

1.     Cook the rice as your usual way of preparing rice

2.     Once the rice has been cooked, let it stands for 10 to 15 minutes

3.     Blend in rice vinegar, sugar, salt, allow the mixture to cool down further

4.     Lay rice on the bottom of the sushi maker, and make it U shape

5.     Start to lay the fillings in sequence into the sushi maker

6.     Cover the last layer with some rice, and put the sushi maker¡¦s lid on tightly

7.     Prepare one sushi sheet, add some rice at the end of the sheet to adhere

8.     Empty the sushi maker, and lay the rice roll on the mat of sushi sheet

9.     Roll it up tightly, and make sure the end is sealed securely

10.  Slice it and ready to serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
